The World Series resumes today at Busch Stadium. David Ortiz takes his hot hitting to St. Louis, and will see some action at 1st Base – while Mike Napoli will be relegated tot he bench.
The Cardinals will be without Allen Craig in lineup, however Carlos Beltran made a triumphant return to the Outfield in Game #2.
Odds To Win the World Series Today:
Boston Red Sox -110
St. Louis Cardinals -110

With the Series tied at 1, both teams are equal favorites in the Fall Classic. Even with having 3 out of the next 5 games at Busch Stadium, I would give the Red Sox the nod. The next 2 Starters Peavy and Buchholz – are better than Joe Kelly and Lance Lynn (or Wainwright (on short rest). Look for Felix Doubront to make an appearance in the Buchholz start – as the Cardinals struggle mightily versus Left Handed Pitching.
Odds To Game #3:
Best Of Seven Series Tied At 1 – 1
Boston Red Sox – Jake Peavy -102 @ St. Louis Cardinals – Joe Kelly -108
MLB Reports Pick – I would bet the Red Sox in Game #3 of the Series.

Busch Stadium is one of the nicest ballparks in the Major Leagues, and have seen several playoff games since it opened 7 years ago. The Cardinals are aiming for their 3rd World Series Title since moving to this 3rd rendition of the park. St. Louis will host Games #3, #4 and #5 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. They have the World Series tied at 1 even though their ace Adam Wainwright struggles in his last start yet again.
